If I didn't follow your Twitter account I wouldn't know what the hell this was supposed to mean. Obama should take a cue from the old days and take the zero-sum route. Globalization's just a fad anyways.

It's the current US flag in the corner of the East India Trading Company flag, the same corner where the Union Jack was on the EITC's flag.

The American flag makes a nice optical illusion (allusion?) The smaller flag gets larger in relation to the larger flag the longer you stare at it. Trippy. Maybe the illusion is part of the inherent symbolism...
